The goal of this project was to outreach, educate, and increase knowledge pertaining
to mental health services within the Latino community. By utilizing a non-stigmatizing
method such as a theatrical play, Latino community members learned about the signs
and symptoms associated with mental health and became familiar with the services
that are available through LACDMH. The project is scheduled to be completed by May
All scheduled showings of De Sabios Y Locos are delayed until further notice due to the recent COVID-19 health crisis. Follow Casa de la Familia's social media to stay up-to-date when showings are rescheduled.
