Casa de la Familia (CDLF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1996 by Clinical Psychologist Dr. Ana Nogales whose vision was to create an organization dedicated to ensuring long-lasting mental health success of children, youth, and families in response to psychological trauma.
After almost 30 years, Casa de la Familia has grown to service all of California with both in-person and virtual services with a dedicated bilingual and bicultural staff willing and ready to help.
Casa de la Familia’s mission is to deliver comprehensive, culturally sensitive psychological and psychiatric services to individuals and families affected by trauma, particularly in underserved communities. Through evidence-based practices, community outreach, and advocacy, Casa de la Familia aims to promote healing, resilience, and empowerment, enabling individuals to rebuild their lives in a supportive and compassionate environment.
We specialize in providing caring individual and family therapy for all ages. Our empowering support groups encourage healthy bonding in our community. Our services are available in both English and Spanish at low or no cost, depending on your case.
Our Domestic Abuse Response Team
(DART) is a specially-trained officers unit with certified domestic violence
counselors that are ready to provide immediate crisis intervention in case of an
emergency.
At Casa de la Familia we offer legal counseling and expedited immigration evaluation reports that can be delivered within 48 hours for an additional fee.
