If you have CalOptima Medi-Cal, you may qualify for free Enhanced Care Management (ECM), your personal point of contact for anything that prevents you from achieving your health goals. Through ECM, you can navigate healthcare, housing, food, transportation, paperwork, and more.

What is ECM?

Whole support for your health

Enhanced Care Management is a completely free service for CalOptima members that can help you manage everything that may be affecting your health, not just your medical care.


We give you a dedicated point of contact that helps with appointments, benefits, paperwork, social services, housing, transportation, food, and access to care. 


We walk with you through every step, not just your medical needs, but everything else that may be affecting your health.

No, ECM does not provide home visits.
